Task and Project by Quarter View

All I want to do is make a view on the server where I can select two certain
task names and it shows me all the projects where those two tasks appear,
sorted by quarter. I just can't seem to make it happen. Thoughts?

You'll need to use a reporting tool or SQL query for this.
