Task Bar Icons

When 'I' open the DB that I designed, it starts normally
and places only one icon on the task bar.

When anyone else opens the DB, 2 icons are placed on the
task bar. 1 for the actuall program and the other shows
the DB tables/queries/reports.

How do I NOT show this second window?

If I enable 'Windows in Task Bar' then 2 task bar icons
appear, even for myself. This was already set to false.

Any other ideas?

No. Unless it is a Windows setting.

You can hide the db window using Tools>Startup and unchecking "show database
window."
