Task bar shows two when open form

We recently converted from Office 2000 to Office 2003. One user is upset
because when she opens Access it adds one button down at the bottom task bar
and when she opens a form within that Access database it opens a second
button on the task bar. She swears in Office 2000 the form button was the
only one. (She opens several forms to do her job each day). Any
suggestions? Thx!

Select 'Options' from the 'Tools' menu, in the 'Options' dialog box select
the 'View' tab, uncheck the option 'Windows in Taskbar'.
