Task Bar

How can I set up my task bar so that I get a separate task icon for each
element that is open - ie instead of there being 1 Outlook icon for 5
messages, how can I have a separate outlook icon for each message.

r-click Start Button, Properties, Uncheck the Show in groups.

Try this....Right Click the Task Bar select properties then on the taskbar
tab uncheck "Group Similar Taskbar Buttons"
