task classification report or view creating

I'd like to create a Portfolio view and see, for instance, how long somebody was sick this year, but I can see only in all (non-working time) using Administrative Time project. I've created a custom outline code (Task) to classify these time, inserted a column in the Administrative Time project, but I can't create a Portfolio view (this custom code doesn't appear in the list

Please help
What's wrong?
