Hi,
I have an activity1 spanning 8.2 days, activity 2 spanning 3.8 days. Both
run in parallel- they have the same predecessors and successors. There are no
other activities for the given task. So logically the task level duration
should be the longer of the two, that is 8.2 days. But MSP shows the task
duration as 6.9 days. Can anybody please explain this?
