Task Error on My Task page - Clarification

Cole

Hello, I'm working with MSP Server 2007.

I get the following error when I go to the My Tasks page.

"An unexpected error has occurred.

Web Parts Maintenance Page: If you have permission, you can use this
page to
temporarily close Web Parts or remove personal settings. For more
information, contact your site administrator."

Question #1
From another thread it appears the issue revolves around the
Assignment Owner Field. If I have three resources assigned to a task
(all have the same assignment owner), yet the assignment owner is not
a resource on the task -- will this cause the error message?

Question #2
I have local resources (non-enterprise resources) in the schedule. As
the Project Manager I have been assigned as the Assignment Owner by
default, will this cause the error message?

Question #3
My interpretation of the previous thread is on a task a resource can
not be an assignment owner and a resource on the same task. Is that
correct?

Thanks.

Cole ,

This seem more like a corrupted assignment. If you browse the web look
for a sql script that could find the corrupted assignment for you.
Then simply open up the schedule delete that assignment and republish
the project. Some of the other guys might also have some other
suggestions.
