I have more than one Task folders - how can I nominate which is the default
one. Also can I determine tasks from which folder(s) are displayed i.e. can
I show tasks from specfic folder(s)?

Thank You

No, there is only one default folder.

Thank You Milly ... if there is only one default - how do you change which
folder Ol will treat as the default folder - what use is it to create other
task folders - when OL lists tasks in taskpad view can you nominate which
folder(s) it draws the info from?

Thank You

You can have exactly one folder named "Tasks" in any diven PST, since folder
names must be unique. The Tasks folder that Outlook will monitor is the
Tasks folder in your delivery location PST (i.e., the PST containing the
Inbox where your mail arrives). If you wish another Tasks folder to be the
one Outlook monitors, then it must be in another PST and you have to choose
that PST as your delivery location (i.e, all your incoming messages will be
delivered to that PST instead of the original).
