Task in Outlook 2000 not shown as assigned tasks

Hi. I have a user that can't can see the "Accept Button" when other user
sends a task, but when he sends a task, no one is able to hit the "Accept
Button". Is there something missing or possibly a corrupted version of
Outlook?
