Task / Insert / Attach Item / Business Contact

Suddenly, I can not create a task and insert a recent business contact as an
attachment or text only. The list of business contacts I could attach are
all old ones. It's as if BCM isn't storing my new contacts in the same place
or something isn't updating.

Sorry, need more information.

Can you backup the BCM database successfully using BCM tools?
