Task notes on Project Server

Derm

I'm a little new to Project Server and am having a little
trouble.

Here are the steps:
1.(On the desktop version) I create a new task and add
additional information in the notes.
2. I assign resources and all other important stuf.
3. I publish the project to the web
4. When i log onto the project server as myself or admin I
see the task and the notes (the little yellow notepad).
5. When my workers log onto the server and view tasks,
they can't see the notes (no little yellow notepad). Why?

I need my workers to see the additional information. I
have played around in the admin section now for hours and
can't figure this one out. Is it that only the creator can
see notes? If so, how are you supposed to explain a task
to the delagated resource?

Thanks

Derm:

The notes that you use in the Project Client do not articulate to Project
Web Access the way you're expecting them to. You can expose the notes field
in the timesheet and task-level views in PWA, but these do not display
nicely with formatting. The native notes you see in the timesheet in PWA are
tagged at the assignment level and are visible only to the PM who made the
assignment and the resource who is on the assignment.
