I'm not sure why you are getting notifications when you propose resources. I
use Proposed and notifications do not get sent and notices are not posted on
the home page either. I have the reverse issue. I wannt noticiations to go to
the Resource Managers that they need to address resource fulfillment.
Anybody know a way of issueing a notification on the Resource Manager Home
page that resources have been proposed?
