Task Pad not displaying folder contents

I've created some sub-folders under the Task folder and then try to filter for these sub-folders in the Task Pad but nothing displays. My filter line under the advanced tab reads "In Folder contains subfoldername". If I have no filters the only tasks that display are those in the Task folder without any from the sub-folders.

Thanks for any help offered.

This is normal behavior. The TaskPad displays only your default Tasks
folder, not subfolders.

Pardon what's sure to be a dumb question, but I've just begun to have this
problem as well. I'm using Outook 2007. From everything I've been reading, I
think I understand the problem. Somehow, I've created these sub-folders as
well. But I have no idea how, or how to undo this. My tasks and to-dos seem
to be two separate entities now, when only 1 week ago, they all functioned in
my Calendar view and To-Do Bar in the same way. Now, checked completed
tasks linger on the ToDo Bar as "Todays". By going to the Tasks section, I
can see now two separate entries for Tasks and To-Dos. I don't recall that
looking that way. Some entries are on both lists while some are exclusive.

Is there a solution to this. Remember, I am a novice.
