task reminders

I have outlook 2002. when I set task reminders, if I have two reminders for
different things on the same date and time, or overdue tasks, they all show
up in one reminder window. My co-worker, who also has outlook 2002, when she
sets her reminders, all of the tasks showup in separate box reminders,
instead of all grouped together. Anyone happen to know how I can change mine
so that the tasks reminders show up separately? I have searched all over
outlook and cannot find the answer. Thanks in advance!
