We're beta testing an install of Project Server 2003 to see if we
can/want to roll it out to the company. One of the first things we did
was setup a test project. The original reporting method was set (via
Customize Project Web Access) to Percent of Work Complete. We then
changed that to Hours of Work Done, and added some new tasks to the test
plan.
Now, if we go to update the tasks, the original tasks are updated via
entering the % done while the later tasks are via adding hours in the
timesheet part.
Here's my question - is seems like Project tracks the tracking
preferences on a per-task basis. How can I go into my test project and
change the open "report by % complete" to "report via hours in the
timesheet" or vice-versa?
Thanks
