Task Request Changes-Updates

I use tasks to assign items to others. I give them a due date and as much
information as I can. Once they reply to an assigned task, I get the updated
information on the task in my folder automatically. If the due date changes
and I go into the task and change the date, they are not recieving the
updated information. The task does not update in their task folder. I had my
staff grant me permissions to their task folders so I can update the task for
them. I go into their task folder, make a change and hit save....I receive an
error message stating that I do not have permissions to send a message from
their mailbox. The change is saved on their task, but I do not recieve an
update. How can I make the necessary changes so that it will show in their
task folder and mine? THANK YOU
