Task Request Issue when setting up a recurring task

I can create a monthly recurring task and send to other Outlook users but
only the FIRST recurring task will show up in the Outlook Calendar but not
the months aftwards. Any solutions/ideas?

I believe that's how recurring tasks work. The next task in the recurrence
won't appear until you mark the first one complete.
