My supervisor sends me task requests via email in Outlook
2000. Up until now, I have never had a problem opening
these emails. Now, I am unable to open them. This
message is in my preview pane: "This item contains active
content that cannot be displayed in the preview pane.
Open the item to read it's contents". When I try to
open, here's the next message I get:"Can't open this
item. Outlook cannot do this action on this type of
attachment". Can anybody tell me what to do to open this
email task request. I am having to open up Outlook
Express to open and print this email, but I don't use
Outlook Express and Outlook tracks when I receive the
task as well as my supervisor tracking completion of my
tasks. Help!!!!
