Hi all,
When i receive a task request from someone in our exchange environment it
appears OK, with nice clicky buttons.
However, when I receive a task request from an external party. eg. crosses
the internet. I get an email with another email as an attachment and no
clicky buttons.
I did some reading and found this article:

which discusses Microsoft TNEF, specifically mentioning this:

Follow these steps to send in TNEF:
1. On the Tools menu, click Options, and then click the Mail Format tab.
2. In the Send in this message format box, click to select Microsoft Outlook
Rich Text Format, and then click OK.

However, this does not seem to work. I'm at a loss at this stage.. i can
only assume that something is stripping email properties on the way but don't
know for sure what it is, or how to tell..
