Using Outlook XP
I send a task request to someone at work 8-10 times per
month. Is there any way of setting up a template so it's
stored and I can modify it accordingly. It's not sent on
the same day, so I can't set up a reoccurrence. A
template would work better.

Try saving it as an .oft file with the File | Save AS command.
