Task Scheduler and Outlook Backup addin

Pfbackup runs after setting up options, and then exiting Outlook. What I
would like to do is get Task Scheduler to run pfbackup, unattended, at the
times that I set up in the Scheduler. Running backappl.exe on it's own, does
not work without, I assume passing it some sort of parameters

I do appreciate the I can accomplish this using XP Backup, or a bat file
(thank you "Netpasfan"), but it intrigues me that I used to have a solution
which worked with Outlook 2000.

I saw an article linked to the MS site that said tell Task Scheduler to run
Windows\Prefetch\pfbackup.exe-xxxx.pf. This worked with Outlook 2000, but
this does not work after installing Outlook 2003. The article has been
removed from the site.

Can anyone tell me how to accomplish this, and, how the Prefetch solution
ever worked in the first place.
