Task Updates

I have 2 users. Both can update %Work Complete, Actual
Start, and Actual Finish on a task through Web Access. The
task has 2 resources. One is the person who is dedicated
100%. The other is "group" that we add at 0% just so they
can receive an email when the task is finished.

When the 2 users open the project in Pro 2003 one user
sees the updated values in %Work Complete. The other user
doesn't. I've checked all the Web Access permissions and
they are the same. Any ideas why one can see the updates
and the other can't.

The View My Tasks page displays each resource's task assignments, but does
not display the actual task. Therefore, each user is seeing only his/her
task assignment and not the task assignment of the other. Therefore, if the
first user is 50% complete with his task assignment, and the second user is
0% complete, then the second user will only see his/her percent complete,
which is 0%. To view the task progress for the entire task, you will need
to give these team members permission to view projects in the Project Center
and detailed Project views. Hope this helps.
