Anybody know how I can add my baseline work to the task
screen (where they enter their effort in the timeline) so
that all resources can see the original baseline work
effort?

Do the following:

1. Open Microsoft Project 2002
2. Open a project for which the Baseline Work field needs to be seen in the
PWA Tasks page
3. Click Tools - Customize - Published Fields
4. On the left side of the dialog box, select the Actual Work field then
copy it to the right side
5. Click the OK button
6. Click Collaborate - Publish - Republish Assignments, then click OK
7. Repeat this process for every project in which the Baseline Work field
needs to be seen on the Tasks page
