I keep entering new tasks and calendar events and they just disappear. Help me!!!

I keep entering new tasks and calendar events and they just
disappear. Help me!!!

Some more details would be helpful. What kind of accounts do you have?
When do they "go poof"? Immediately? After you quit and relaunch
Entourage? Do you see a puff of smoke?
