Tasks assignment do not appear in PWA

Hello,
we use Project 2002 Server and PWA.
The problem is: two thirds of the user do not see their
personal task assignments in PWA, although they do all
have the same user rights since they are in the same
group. Even if I try and try again to publish the project
plans and the assignments via the Collaboration-options,
they only see the project, but not the their personal
tasks.

Is it possible that, although users and resources have
exactly the same name, they are not matched in PWA, i.e. a
logged-in user named Jim does not see his tasks because
his user is not connected with the resource Jim?

Thank you for the answer, the problem has been solved by
chance in the meantime.

The solution:
We hadn´t added the domain name to the user accounts of
the enterprise resources.
