Tasks at 100% complete

There are times where people still need to post time in PWA to tasks that
were previously set to 100% complete. In our set up, they are not able to do
this. Is there a way?

What do you mean by "in our set up, they are not able to do this"? What is
preventing your team members from entering time against a task that was
already marked as 100% complete?

The task is greyed out in the user's task view, and no time can be posted
against it.

What part of it is grayed out in PWA? Are Actual Work and Remaining Work?
Are % Work Complete and Actual Work? Are Remaining Work in the task sheet
and Actual Work in the timephased grid on the right? Let us know.

It suddenly just occurred to me, is the task in question a cancelled task,
by chance? Does it have a black X in the Indicators column? Let me know.
Otherwise, I'm totally puzzled by the behavior your are describing.
