If you're running a newer version of Outlook, 2003 or 2007, try opening
Outlook with the /resetnavpane switch:
Start > Run > outlook.exe /resetnavpane
If this is not the case. please post back with further information such as
your version of Outlook, account type, when you first noticed the problem,
and any troubleshooting steps you've already taken.
