tasks creating in PSI (MS Project 2007)

Hi!
When I import WSDL
(*http://ServerName/ProjectServerName/_vti_bin/psi/project.asmx?wsdl*
in my
client application I get only the methods of *Project *class. So I onl
can
create a project but can't create any tasks. Do you know why
