Tasks in PWA

The company I work for uses Project 2003 for each IT team to track their
resources time. We have a "Forecast Only" task that is used only for the
managers but this task shows up in PWA for each resource. We don't want
resources to enter any time to this taks but they do. Is there any way to
make this a "read only" or a different color in PWA so time can not be
entered for this task?
