Tasks Info in OneNote

After I have created a Task in OneNote, I would like to see the details of
the tasks being updated by the tasks owners.
Is it possible?

What do you mean by "tasks owners"?

Are you thinking in terms of having multiple users with proprietray
tasks?

No, I am talking about tasks assigned to individuals. I use OneNote for my
meeting minutes and often assign tasks to individuals in my organization.
While they are working on those tasks, they add information and update me on
the progress of their tasks by including text in the tasks. I would like to
see that information in OneNote without having to right-click on the taks
icon (flag). This way I could print the details.

Thanks for your help.

First as a qualifier I have to confess that I have only recently started
tracking a 'things to do list' in OneNote using tags. I have, however,
made extensive use of Outlook task functionality to do what you are
asking about on the projects that I manage. I see that OneNote and
Outlook can track tasks together. Based on that link I am going to
suggest that you look at that linking as a possibility to do what you
are looking for.

- make the task in OneNote like you do now as part of the meeting notes
- convert that to Outlook as a task
- assign that task in Outlook and send it to the individual
- see if the information then updates in OneNote

I hope this helps...
