tasks not being emailed

I have published a new project, setup the permissions for
all users, and set the start dates. However, the tasks
are not being emailed to the resources. Is there another
trigger to start the project beyond publishing it? Thank
you.

Assuming you have Admin access, go to the "Notifications
and reminders" page and make sure the SMTP mail server
configuration is correct. Also note the time set
under "Schedule e-mail reminder service". If it has not
been reached, the notifications will not have been sent.

Yes, I have admin access and SMTP is configured correctly,
and the time set is correct. I am stumped.

Ask your resources to login and set email notifications
and reminders for themselves on the home page
Can your resources see the tasks when they login in to
Server.
