Tasks not loading in PWA

Anyone have any idea why a user's tasks won't load in
project web access? The area that is supposed to list the
tasks just has a white frame and says loading... I've
already uninstalled adn reinstalled the active x
controls. I don't have any trouble with any other
machines. And, it's not the user, as this user can log on
to another machine and access her tasks just fine. It's
her machine. Anyone know of any conflicts with the PWA
active x controls and anything else?

Typically this behavior is related to MDAC on the client machine. Upgrading
this usually helps. Sometimes, you browser settings will cause this, make
sure that access data across domains is allowed for the security zone in
which you're placing Project Server. Finally, every once in a while a
corrupted user profile is the problem. In this case, you would be able to
logon to Project Server using the user's machine but the user can't.
