Tasks not showing for all users

We have just set up Project Sever 2003 we 10 resources and when some users
open the web interface they can see the tasks assigned to them. 2 other
users that are set up the same way, when they open the web interfce they get
a blank grid.

Any ideas on how to fix this issue?

I presume you have assigned these two resources to task(s) in a project.
Otherwise, nothing will show on the task view.

Have these two users clicked on the All tasks option? If they are just
looking at current tasks, their task assignments may be too far in the future
(or past) for them to appear under current tasks. The time period for
current tasks is set by the Admin.

Another possibility is that the "Booking Type" for the resource is Proposed
and not Confirmed. Booking type is new to 2003.
