Tasks not Showing

I have a resource that is assigned several tasks. He can see some of them
but not all. I have had the project manager republish everything. We
checked the email and the missing tasks are there. If the resource clicks
the link he can see the tasks at that point.

The problem is if he accesses the PWA as he normally would from IE and
clicks tasks he cannot see the missing tasks. I have ensured that he is
viewing all tasks but nothing is working.

Any suggestions.
