Edison D.
We have an Exchange 2003 environment, and the client workstation
configuration is Windows XP with MS Office 2003. All MS updates have been
applied.
The issue is, sometimes when the user edits the notes of a particular task,
after clicking on “Save and Closeâ€; it clears the notes which have been
modified for the task. This does not occur all the time, and it is random
when this does indeed occur. This has happened in the past to the user.
Our first thought was user error, but then his assistance performed a few
edits to his tasks (from her workstation), and the same issue occurred.
Yesterday was the first time she had experienced this with his mailbox. One
of our techs witnessed this issue occur, which removed our theory of user
error.
Has anyone experienced this issue before?
Thanks,
Edison
