Tasks on Task List at 100% still showing up

After the task in the PWA task list has been marked as 100% complete and the
task has been submitted by the task owner and approved and applied to the
project manager, the project saved and published, why does the tsk still show
up in the taks list as 100% complete? How do you remove it? Can you click
Delete? or, would this delete the task from the project?

You need to show the options bar at the top and check the box next to Show
Only Current Tasks *

If the user has the "Show Only Current Tasks" option selected for the My
Tasks page, then the system will automatically hide the completed task in 10
days (or a number of days specified by the Project Server administrator).
Beyond this, there's no way to hide the completed. Hope this helps.
