Tasks rolling off Administrative projects

First, can someone point me to some good reference material on Admin. projects.

Second, I have a resource whose Admin project tasks are not visible on the
Tasks page/Current Tasks view, but are visible on the All Tasks view. I
thought that Admin. tasks should always be visible on the Current Tasks view.
