Tasks view

for some reason , my users cannot view the tasks assigned
to them in the web access interface.
my guess is it's something very basic i am missing...

Hi - what Ihave found is that this is typically because in
the Tasks View, Tasks Displayed option (on the left hand
side of the screen) Current Tasks is chosen vs. All
Tasks. Depending on how your Admin defined Current tasks,
this may limit what they see. I have to constantly remind
my teams to select All Tasks to ensure they see everything.
