Teacher Edition Licensing?

S

Sam_Riner

I have the Office XP Teacher/Student Edition that I purchased with my desktop
about a year ago. I recently puchased a notebook. Can I install Office on the
notebook, too, without purchasing a site license? When I looked at the
license agreement that came with the software, it appears to limit
installation to one computer, but it looks like they that they are now
allowing you to use Office 2003 Teacher/Stuudent on up to three computers.
Any help that you can give me will be greatly appreciated.

You're correct... Office XP for Students and Teachers can be installed
on one computer, and Office 2003 Students and Teachers Edition can be
installed on three computers. It's probably cheaper to purchase Office
2003 STE than a site license, plus you get the latest version in the
bargain.
