Teacher Needs Help Wants to Annotate my Power Points Lessons on sc

I know there are different hardware and softwares to do this. But what are
they called? I don't have a big budget so I am just looking for the "tablet"
that I can use to write on the screen as I bring up PP slides. HELP!!! Or,
if I pull up an Excel document, I may want to draw arrows to certain things
or circle/highlight/underline other things that are impoart?!! I know
Microsoft has this whole "whiteboard" package but I don't need that much
technology. Just a way to have a slide that says, for example, 2+2=, I'll
have my students answer then I will write the answer in ... 5 (just kidding).
HELP!!! I know I have found Interactive Display consoles and stuff but how
do you use them, what do they cost? ANYBODY?
