Team Assignment Pool

Hi

I want to implement the Team Assignment Pool to assign tasks to Team rather
than individuals. I have teams and one resource can belong to one or more
teams

What I did was

I checked the "Team Assignment pool" fir the team resource I have created
So, the next step is to select them team
So, Iwent to Server Settings ==> Enterprise Custom Field Definition ==>
clicked on "Team Name" custom field ==> selected the RBS lookup table
The problem now is that option "Allow multiple values to be selected from
lookup table" is disabled, I need it to be checked, how can I do that

Resource can only belong to one Team Assignment Pool. There is no supported
functionaility to allow mulitple teams.

Then is there any work around to be able to assign task to teams and having
feature of the resource to be in multiple teams, I mean other than Team
Assignment Pool

Hi Bilal,

Not really. A better way might be to use a generic resource and then have
the PM change the assignment to reflect the required resource.
