Team Manager vs Resource Manager

Hello,
What's is the difference bewteen Team Manager and Resource Manager ?

There is no Team Manager group in PWA. Therefore, do you mean Project
Manager or Team Leader? In either case, the difference is in the
permissions allowed in Project Server for each group. Hope this helps.

Sorry for the Team Manager which doesn't exist (I don't have the English
version, so it was a rough translation :-(
Is there something to do with the RBS for one of them : Team leader and
Resource Manager ?
When do we use one or the other ?

Yes, you can use the RBS field to control which resources can be seen by
Project Managers, Resource Managers, and Team Leads. Generally speaking,
Resource Managers can be thought of as "functional managers" who manage
resources but do not manage project. Generally speaking, Team Leads are
team members with some type of oversight responsibility. Obviously, Project
Managers manage the actual project plans in Microsoft Project Professional.
