Teams

Project Server 2007: I am having difficulty with understanding Teams. I have
built up a simple team with a single Role in the Enterprise Custom Fields
Lookup and have assigned two Resources to the Team Assignment Pool.
In a sample project I have assigned some tasks to the Team, but it doesn't
seem to work as expected. When I look at Resource Usage, Project seems to
track them as an isolated resource rather than taking in the sub resources. I
would expect to see Project take resources from the Team members, better
still to select from available resources. I also need to set the Max units to
200% to reflect the size of the resource. The feature seems a bit dumb to me,
am I using it right?

Only the team lead is assigned to the Team Application Pool, team members
have this box unchecked, however the team name box has the correct team name
entered.

Teams do not consume the availability of resources.
