Technical Refresh failed to install

When trying to install the B2TR, the installation continues to the end before
producing an error message:

"The Installation of this package failed. Please
see for more information"

I have tried some of the suggestions on the pshmid.net website:
- clear out the temp folder
- Verified that there is at least 2GB of free space on my Windows hard drive
- Disable my virus scanner
- uninstall and re-install with a fresh download

All of this was to no avail. Can anyone advise me on what to try next? I
currently have B2TR running successfully on another machine and haven't come
across this problem before.

1) Empty Temp Folder>Win Key +R>%temp% in run>enter and highlight and
shift+delete as many items as possible.
2) Provide 2GB free space on drive and you can quickly check this by typing
diskmgmt.msc in run>enter or right clicking the drive>properties.

Thanks for replying. No joy I'm afraid - still seeing the same problem. The
most annoying thing is that the install of the technical refresh continues
right to the end before it fails!
