Telephone Message

We recently converted to Outlook 2007. In the previous email service we used
(Groupwise) there was an option to send an email telephone message. It said
"While you were out" at the top like a phone message pad. I used it all the
time but I can't locate an option like that in Outlook 2007. Is this an
option?
