Some times when I edit and existing excel worksheet and then save it - a temp file *.xls~rf96286 is created right below th e file I'm trying to change. I am then unable to delete this temp file - I getthe following message - "cannot delete file *.xls~rf96286 it is being used by another person or program. Note this is only happening on our new XP machines connected to a 2000 server - trying to save the edited file back to the server. Any help
