Temp files are attached when replying to an email

Has anyone else encountered this??

I have 2 users with Outlook 2002 (XP) SP1, running on Win XP Sp1 in
corporate mode (exchange); When they reply to an email that has an
attachment, an unnamed file gets attached, when you open this attachment it
show the contents of the temporary files folder on the local PC!!

I've done several searches (technet and Google) and cannot find anything
similar being reported....

Help!!!
