tempate for A5 book needed

I need a template for a short book/booklet - 50 to 60 pages; I have a
sort of one which can be found here

but really I need it so that it has centred headers and footers -
numbers at bottom - and 12 bold Times New Roman text. Most important,
I want it to start at page 1, then 2, then 3, then 4... like a normal
book not as here.

Can anyone help?

Use the "Book fold" feature in Word to create your book. Set the paper size
to A4 and select "Book fold" under "Multiple pages" on the Margins tab of
Page Setup. You'll get two A5 pages per sheet, and you create them in the
normal page order, but Word prints them in the order required to make a
folded booklet. You set appropriate margins, choose fonts and other styles,
add your desired headers/footers/page numbers.
