Template - advise employees the company is closing down

I need to write to a few employees advising them that a section of the
company they currently work in is due to close down.
Any ideas where I can find a guide letter template from?

Any letter template will work but I suspect you're really looking for the
right words to say to those folks. Unfortunately there is no way to tell
people they are going to be losing their jobs that will make it easier to
accept.
