Template Appointment

Is it possible to create a template for an appointment that occurs
frequently. The appointment does not occur at regular interval so the
recurrence will not work. It would be nice to have a template where all
that would need editing would be the date and time leaving in place all the
other details such as categories/subject/location/ect...

Create an appointment item and edit it as you want your template. Then,
publish the item to your calendar folder.
